Pod Blog Vod Part 1

sonar

[SUMMARY—Training gig for the BBC.]

(UK) Just got back from delivering training to a host of BBC journalists in their 'Pod, Blog, Vod' day. I took on three 90minute sessions outlining my take on youth media and why they should care plus did a little 'RSS 101 for noobies'.

I also got to see a promo reel of the forthcoming BBC iPlayer. There will be lots of discussion on the web regarding this one in the coming 6 months as it enables people to watch streamed BBC content (including full shows) for a time-limited period.

Thanks to Adrian who invited me and coordinated it all, the 22 participants for not throwing stuff and paying attention in class, and also the other trainers (Adrian, Ian, Robin and Wilf).
